feel so stoned lately, and really detached from the outside world.

but im kinda happy cos i got the bag i wanted (: realised im really penny wise pound foolish. i try to save money on stuff like travelling by not taking taxis etc. but when i see things i like, i usually get them even though they're quite ex.

went to eat dinner with a whole load of people (siaoer's parents since they know me and a couple of other people) at keppel club. NICE FOOD. i think we ate for 2 hours straight (yes we did) and by the time i finished my mango pudding i felt like i was gonna puke/explode. siaoer and i were happily chomping on sashimi.

when i hear huiling practising di yi erhu shui xiang qu, i feel like i kinda miss the old me. but its an expensive hobby, and not like i practise a lot.

haahhaha have been participating in some coffee taste test for the past 2 days at holland v ((: ITS DAMN FUN HAHAS. we get paid fifty bucks for tasting 10 different kinds of coffee, and in between each different kind we're supposed to 'cleanse our palate' with plain water and biscuits! HAHA SO FUN. anyway yeah went with siaoer (good lobang eh hahaha)... some of the coffee really sucked but some were quite okay... yah and then we were supposed to fill in this questionaire on our opinions of each cup... like rate it from 'excellent' to 'very bad' or smth... and one which shuyu and i rated on the bad side, siaoer put excellent lah!! hahahaa. something wrong with that woman's tastebuds.

anyway today was the second day and we got let off earlier as compared to yesterday. so er and i went to gallavant in holland v. then actually wanted to dapao cakes from nydc (yes im a glutton HAHA) BUT er saw GELARE. and today's TUESDAY. so got 50% off waffles! HAHAHA. so the 2 gluttons trotted off and plonked ourselves inside. spent about three bucks each on waffles. teehee.
